Jaymie Drury

Queen Committee Chair

Jaymie has been the Chair of the Queen Committee since 2017 and ensures that the “queening” experience for each young lady who competes is an experience of a lifetime. Jaymie is no stranger to royalty. In 1996, she competed in the competition and won Miss Congeniality. Outside of her involvement in the Congress Queen competition, she is a registered dental hygienist with over 20 years of experience. Her husband, Joe, and her have been married 20 years and have a son, Ryan, that enjoys chickens, ducks, and goats and 4-H. Jaymie and Joe also enjoy watching Ryan golf and travelling with friends and family.

Jessica Elsass

Queen Committee

Jessica West Elsass was the 2008 All American Quarter Horse Congress Queen and is serving in her 10th year as a member of the Congress Queen Committee.  She jokes that she was one of the “Professional Queens” that ran the maximum three times before winning and then had a fourth year as Congress Queen but states unequivocally that “Queening” has been a very important part of her life.  Jessica is the CIO for Delight Restaurant Group, which owns and operates 226 Wendy’s and Taco Bell restaurants with nearly $500M in annual revenue and 6,000 employees.  She and her husband “Boomer” reside in Dublin, Ohio with their 12-year-old son, Crosby, and 9-year-old son, Tiger.

Kylie Good

Queen Committee

Kylie Good was the 2022 All-American Quarter Horse Congress Queen and enjoyed her era of “queening” so much that she decided to join the Queen Committee to help with all things media. She works to share the “queen experience” with all to generate excitement for this prestigious title. Kylie’s passions lie in the equine industry. While also serving on the Queen Committee, she is the Pennsylvania QHA Youth Advisor where she mentors the future of our industry, and also continues to show her geldings, Max and Myles. Kylie earned her B.S. in Supply Chain Operations Management and currently works as a Project Manager with her father in window sales and management for construction projects in the New York City area.

Sarah Johnson

Official Queen Photographer

Photography has always played a special part in Sarah’s life since she was a little girl. Sarah grew up in south central Ohio on her family’s cattle farm and since then she’s thoroughly enjoyed capturing special moments for others across the country. “The All American Quarter Horse Congress holds a very special place in my heart. I grew up attending the Congress every year of my childhood with my late father, Steve Johnson, who was known as The Voice of the Congress. Each of the ‘Queen Team’ ladies are my second family and it’s so special to return each year to work with them. I have proudly been the official Congress Queen photographer since 2017. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with so many wonderful young ladies each year.”
